If this is your first time booking a session with us, we gently request you to complete the therapy intake form. This is an important part of our ethical practice and helps your therapist understand your concerns beforehand, allowing us to create a safe, focused, and supportive space for you.

• For returning clients

If you have already filled out the intake form in a previous booking, there is no need to complete it again. You may simply choose your preferred session slot and proceed with the payment.
